You're invited to watch as the all-new 2015 Corvette Z06 is revealed to the world, live from the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

That is a ton of HP. You think they will come out with the ZR1?

Not sure, but I doubt it since this Z06 will be supercharged unlike the NA C6 Z06.

I have also heard the C7 will be a short model run...4-5 years...before the C8 comes.

I am guessing the Z06 will have a few variants within itself, but no other performance variants (except the C7.R race car of course).


But that's just my guess.

Why have such a short run? I bet that will change if the C7 sells like hot cakes.

Take that with a grain of salt, it's just what I read on CF from a supposedly reliable source. But it is still internet rumor at this point.

I actually read they have begun the supplier selection process for C8.

Maybe they are thinking AWD and mid-engine?
